Our services

You can use our website to find out more about our housing services, including information on how to pay your rent and to obtain housing benefit and arrears advice. You can find out how we approach anti-social behaviour, you can report a repair or make a complaint. You can also find out who to contact at Victory should you need to.

Our useful information page includes our Tenants Handbook which is a very useful source of information for residents, as well as all of our published leaflets, frequently asked questions and related information.

Our forms page contains various forms that you may need, such as applying for a mutual exchange or changing the way that you pay your rent.

We welcome the involvement of our residents in helping us to design and improve the services we deliver.  If you are one of our residents and would like to get involved please see our resident involvement page which explains the options and opportunities around getting involved.

We do our best to provide you with an excellent service.  Our customer service standards tell you more about this, and our policies provide you with lots of information on what we do about things like anti-social behavior.

While we do hope that you find our website useful, and that you are able to find the information and reach the services that you need, we are always seeking to improve the website, and we would welcome your feedback and any suggestions that you may have.  Additionally we are establishing a permanent website improvement forum and are actively seeking residents to join us in this.  You can give us feedback on the website or express interest in joining the forum using an online form, or by emailing us at website.feedback@victoryhousing.co.uk.
